Today's workout was way way way good! Mile wu then 4mi steady state run. My pace range was 6:40-6:57 and I avg 6:46 thanks to Brynlee and Collin so shout out to them! All my workouts have been eh this week and so my goal for the day was to be positive and fight to have a good workout and I did! Hooray! Abs, hips, and push-ups :)
